本文中对一重型柴油机瞬态工况下的NOx 与碳烟排放和引入EGR技术的影响进行试验研究。结果表明,引入EGR后,NOx 的瞬态排放有所改善;但碳烟的瞬态排放恶化;关闭EGR阀可缓解碳烟瞬态排放的恶化。通过直流电机EGR阀关闭阶跃试验,揭示了EGR阀的关闭对发动机各项性能的影响规律,为重型柴油机瞬态排放的EGR控制提供了依据。%In this paper, an experimental study is conducted on the transient emissions of NOx and soot of a heavy-duty diesel engine and the effects of exhaust gas recirculation ( EGR) . The results show that after the intro-duction of EGR, the transient emission of NOx improves while that of soot deteriorates, and the close of EGR can mitigate the deterioration of transient soot emission. Then a step closing test of EGR valve controlled by a DC motor is performed to reveal the effects of EGR valve closing on the performances of engine, providing a base for the EGR control for the transient emission of heavy-duty diesel engine.
