The uncertainty of engine crankshaft remanufacturing process is studied in this paper. Firstly, the uncertainty connotation of the surface roughness of remanufactured crankshaft journals is analyzed from the angle of the existing discrepancy in journal surface roughness caused by the differences of the impairs and repair processes of crankshaft, and with the optimum journal surface roughness as reference base, the uncertainty measure of journal surface roughness is studied. Then with consideration of the nonlinear, fuzzy and grey relations between the uncer-tainty of journal surface roughness and the quality of engine, a model for the grey correlation mapping between them is established to reveal the coupling mechanism between the surface roughness uncertainty of crankshaft journal and the product quality of remanufactured engine. Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed is veri-fied with the quality data of remanufactured engine.%本文中对发动机曲轴再制造生产过程的不确定性进行研究。首先,从回收曲轴损伤不同、修复工艺不同导致轴颈表面粗糙度存在差异的角度,分析了再制造曲轴轴颈表面粗糙度不确定性的内涵,以轴颈最佳粗糙度为参考基准,对其不确定性测度进行了研究;然后,考虑到轴颈表面粗糙度不确定性与发动机质量的非线性、模糊和灰色关系,构建了两者的灰关联映射模型,揭示了再制造发动机曲轴轴颈表面粗糙度不确定性与产品质量之间的耦合机理;最后,通过某再制造发动机质量数据验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
