事故车辆制动力检测中可控转矩加载方法的仿真研究

         

摘要

In order to measure more accurately the braking performance of vehicles losing driving ability, a simulation study on torque loading method in measuring the braking force of accident vehicle is conducted in this pa-per. Firstly, the feasibility and characteristics of single wheel braking force detection method are analyzed by test. Then, a torque loading model based on electromagnetic slip clutch is established, the relationship between loaded torque and the excitation current and rotor speed of motor is derived according to the mechanical characteristics of a-synchronous motor, and the loading method of controllable torque is put forward by using PID control algorithm. Fi-nally, a simulation on torque loading control is carried out with MATLAB/Simulink to get the reasonable loading time interval and other parameters, and the feasibility of the method proposed is verified by torque loading error a-nalysis, laying a foundation for the braking performance testing of accident vehicle.%为更准确地测试丧失行驶能力车辆的制动性能,本文中对事故车辆制动力检测中的转矩加载方法进行了仿真研究.首先,通过试验分析了单轮制动力检测方法的可行性和特点;然后,建立了基于电磁滑差离合器的转矩加载模型,并根据异步电动机的机械特性推导出加载转矩与励磁电流和转子转速之间的关系,再结合PID控制算法提出了可控转矩的加载方法;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中进行转矩加载控制的仿真,得出了合理的加载时间间隔等参数,通过转矩加载误差分析验证了本文中提出方法的可行性,为事故车辆的制动性能检测打下基础.
