针对装备自动变速器的车辆在油门踏板快速松开时的意外换挡问题,通过采集车速、油门和制动信号并结合2参数换挡规律,找到了该车辆意外换挡的原因.对该车TCU换挡控制策略进行了优化.建立整车纵向动力学仿真模型,以实车采集到的油门、制动信号作为模型的输入量进行了仿真试验,并通过实车试验对优化后策略进行了验证.结果表明,优化后策略能准确识别驾驶员的驾驶意图,消除车辆制动时意外换挡现象,提高了操纵主动性.%The phenomenon that the vehicles with automatic transmission often have unexpected shifting in the quick releasing of the accelerator pedal is researched in this paper. By collecting data, such as vehicle speed, throttle opening, brake signal and analyzing two-parameter shifting rule, the cause of unexpected shifting is found. The shifting control strategy of the original TCU is also optimized. Vehicle longitudinal dynamics simulation model is created, with ihroltle signal and braking signal collected from the vehicle as input of model and simulation test is carried out, and the optimized strategy is verified with vehicle test. The vehicle test results show that the driver's inlention could be recognized accurately by the optimized strategy, the unexpected shifting is eliminated in vehicle braking, and the driving initiative is also improved.
