In this paper, the structure and cooling principle of a new type of compulsive air-cooled drum brake is introduced, and a brake drum temperature rise model of truck in the downhill is established. And comparison test is made between compulsive air-cooled drum brake and original drum brake under continuous long slope running condition. The test results indicate that, compared with the original drum brake, the new type of compulsive air-cooled drum brake can reduce the temperature of drum brake up to approx 13.5 ℃ on average, it features good heat dissipation performance.%介绍了新型强制风冷式制动鼓的结构和降温原理,建立了载货汽车下坡过程制动鼓温升模型,对新型强制风冷式制动鼓与原车制动鼓进行了连续下长坡工况下的制动鼓温升对比试验.试验结果表明.与原车制动鼓相比,新型强制风冷式制动鼓平均最高温度降低约13.5℃,具有良好的散热性能.
