综述了热压成型板的成型原理及成型加工工艺.以热压成型板在某款车型B柱内板上的应用为例,对比分析了热压成型工艺方案与冷成型工艺方案在部件数量、质量、成本及性能等方面的差异.分析结果表明,该汽车B柱采用热压成型后,与冷压成型相比,其质量减轻35.7%,成本降低16.8%,最大变形量减少28 mm,从而验证了热成型方案在该车B柱上应用的可行性.%The principle and processing of hot—press forming panel are introduced in general. With the application of hot-press forming panel on B-pillar inner panel as an example, a comparative analysis has been made on differences between hot-press and cold-press forming processing solutions in terms of components' number, quality, cost and performance, etc. Analysis results show that compared with cold —press forming, the application of hot —press forming processing on B pillar can reduce the weight by 35.7%, cost by 16.8% and maximum deformation by 28 mm, thus verifying the feasibility of applying hot-press forming solution on vehicle's B pillar.
