考虑轮胎空气耦合传热的轮胎温度场分析

         

摘要

针对目前在轮胎温度场有限元分析中对流换热系数计算方法泛化能力不强的问题,提出了利用CFD方法分析轮胎与空气耦合传热来确定对流换热系数的方法.以12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,采用耦合传热方法,对旋转轮胎处于静止空气域时的各种工况进行仿真得到对流换热系数,并应用于轮胎温度场有限元分析中.通过对有限元仿真结果和试验结果的对比,说明了该方法的有效性.%To improve the generalization capability of calculating convective heat transfer coefficient for die FEA of tire temperature field, the way using CFD to analyze conjugated heat transfer between the tire with airflow is presented. With 12.00R20 all-steel radial tire as the research object, and applying conjugated heat transfer method, the convective heat transfer coefficient is obtained from the simulation of different conditions of rolling tires in airflow and applied in FE analysis of tire temperature field. Finally it is validated that this method is feasible through the comparison of FE simulation result with that of experiment.
