车身载荷位移反求法中道路行驶载荷的采集及处理

摘要

基于位移反求法,研究了汽车载荷谱的获取与处理方法.以某轻型车为试验对象,介绍了试验的数据采集系统、传感器及采集路线,对道路行驶载荷的预处理以及基于雨流计数法的载荷谱的压缩与外推进行了阐述.通过道路行驶载荷迭代处理,得到了多体动力学模型的输入载荷.%Acquisition and processing of automotive load spectrum have been studied based on displacement back-calculation method. This paper takes a light duty vehicle as example and introduces test data acquisition, sensors and acquisition path, and the pre-processing of road load and the compression and extrapolation based on rain-flow counting method are also elaborated. The input load of multi-body dynamics model has been obtained through iterative processing of road driving load.
