摘要

Structural dynamic counterintuitive behaviors is a special elasto-plastic response. ‘counterintuitive’ here means that the final deflection may be in the direction opposite that of the load. In this paper, experimental investigations on circular plate subjected to transverse struck by a bullet has been carried out. with advanced laser displacement sensors, displacement-time histories curves in the plates have been measured and recorded. By this sensor, a quantity of impulsive tests have been carried out on aluminum alloy circular plates of different diameters and thickness. And for the first time, the dynamic counterintuitive response of circular plates has been found in our experimental investigations. The results shows the objectivity of dynamic counterintuitive behavior and indicates that counterintuitive behavior may happen under certain experimental circumstances.
