介绍了汽车灯具中灯体嵌件后压入工艺中冷、热2种压入方式的工艺过程及特点,给出了灯体后压入嵌件和底孔的尺寸及设计方法.试验结果表明,与嵌件直接注塑嵌入成型相比,嵌件后压入工艺具有模具结构简单、灯体报废少、嵌件定位精度准确等优点,可保证灯体加工和装配的质量要求.%In this paper, the process and characteristics for hot and cold post forming technologies for embedded lamp body parts are discussed, and the dimension and design methods for embedded lamp body parts and base holes are illustrated. Test results show that compared with injection forming, post forming process for embedded parts has several advantages such as simple mold structure, fewer lamp body scrap, and precise embedding position etc, which can meet the quality requirements for the machining and assembly of lamp body.
