为研究各种测试参数对发动机扭振测试结果的影响,针对测试齿盘直径相同而齿数不同、齿盘直径不同而齿数相同、齿数和直径相同而采样频率不同等方案进行了试验.试验结果表明,齿盘齿数少的测试精度高于齿数多的测试精度;齿盘直径越大测试精度越高;较高的采样频率有助于获得较高的测试精度.%To study the effect of different test parameters on result of engine torsion vibration test, three solutions, i. e. same gear wheel diameter with different teeth number, different gear wheel diameter with same teeth number, same teeth number and diameter whereas with different sampling frequency. Test results indicate that gear wheel with less teeth number has higher measurement precision than that with more teeth number, the bigger the gear wheel diameter, the higher the test precision; higher sampling frequency helps to obtain higher test precision.
