基于Hypermesh的牵引车车架拓扑优化及有限元分析

         

摘要

Initial topological optimization conceptual design is made by using Hypermesh Optistruct module and variable density method based on frame design process, and density distribution of the frame topological structure is obtained. Based on the topological optimization, 3D geometrical assembling model is designed with UG, and FE static analysis is made to the model, and the stress distribution nephogram is derived. The results indicate that the maximum frame stress falls below the yield limit of material, and fatigue strength also meets requirement of safety factor, proving feasibility of this topological optimization method.%结合某车架设计过程,利用Hypermesh optistruct模块并采用变密度方法进行初期拓扑优化概念设计,得到了车架拓扑结构的密度分布结果。根据拓扑优化结果,利用UG设计出了三维几何装配模型,并对三维模型进行有限元静力分析,得出了车架应力分布云图。结果表明该车架的最大应力值小于材料的屈服极限,疲劳强度也符合安全系数要求,从而证明该拓扑优化方法可行。
