载货汽车货箱型式变化对空气阻力的影响分析

     

摘要

针对载货汽车常用的3种货箱型式,建立整车空气阻力CFD计算模型;采用CFD模拟计算的方法,计算出3种整车空气阻力模型的空气压力分布、空气矢量分布、空气流线分布和空气阻力系数;用整车空气阻力模型、空气阻力系数和迎风面积计算出整车空气阻力.经过整车滑行试验、加速性能试验和经济性试验验证,本文CFD模拟计算的整车空气阻力与整车试验结果有较好的一致性.%Based on the truck with different packing container patterns, the vehicle air resistance CFD calculation model is established; With CFD simulation method, air pressure distribution, air vector distribution, air flow line distribution and air resistance coefficient of three vehicle air resistance models are calculated; The truck air resistance is calculated according to the calculated air resistance coefficient and cab frontal area. Vehicle coast-down test, vehicle acceleration test and vehicle economy test are carried out, which show a good consistency between the calculated data of the vehicle air resistance with the CFD method and the vehicle test data.
