VC++上位机与PLC在汽车覆盖件刚度测量中的应用

         

摘要

To achieve automated measurement of automotive panel stiffness, a measurement and control method is proposed based on VC++ host computer and PLC lower computer. The method first designs the ladder diagram of PLC to achieve the operation control of stiffness measurement equipment, and then realizes the serial communication of PLC and VC++host computer which is written in C++language, ultimately achieves automated control of automotive panel stiffness measurement. This method is proven convenient and effective, and the test results accurately reflect the stiffness property of the automotive panel.%为实现对汽车覆盖件刚度的自动化测量,提出一种基于VC++上位机和PLC下位机的测控方法。该方法通过对PLC进行梯形图编写,实现下位机对刚度测量设备的操作控制,通过C++语言编写计算机端的VC++上位机软件与PLC进行串行通信,最终实现对汽车覆盖件刚度测量过程的自动化控制。测试试验表明,该测量控制方法方便有效,测试结果能准确反映汽车覆盖件刚度特性。
