基于ASAP3协议,结合CAN总线技术,以典型新能源变速器和典型变速器标定系统INCA为例,阐述一种通用稳定的台架试验系统构成,重点介绍ASAP3协议通信要点、试验系统逻辑框架、试验系统网络通信框架、系统各部分功能和接口要点.该试验系统框架可应用于TCU控制驱动的自动变速器、新能源变速器,可有效地对台架控制与变速器控制、台架安全保护与样件安全保护、台架运行数采与样件运行数采进行解耦协同控制.%A stable transmission test bench system was designed, based on ASAP3 standard, taking INCA and a typical calibration system as example, emphasizing on ASAP3 communication rules, test bench logical framework, communication structure, sub-system function and interface key-point, CAN bus technology. This test bench system can easily used to control automatic transmission, automatic machincal transmission, dual clutch transmission, electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle transmission, using transmission control unit. It can effectively decouple the control of test bench and transmission, the protection of test bench and transmission, the data acquisition system of test bench data and transmission data.
