尿素装置中流量仪表的选型及方案设计

摘要

根据尿素装置中流体的不同物理化学特性、不同的精确度等级要求等,提出了几种流量计的选型方案。详细介绍了标准孔板、德尔塔巴、电磁流量计、质量流量计等流量仪表,针对这几种仪表在尿素装置中的具体应用情况,阐述了各仪表部件材料选择、减少永久压力损失、安装要求等方面的设计方案。%Several proposals for flow-meter selection are delivered according to different fluid physical and chemical characteristics,and different accuracy grade requirements in urea plant.Flow-meter of standard orifice plate,delta-flow,electromagnetic flow-meter and mass flow-meter is introduced in details,the design scheme of these gauges around material selection of meter components,reducing permanent loss of pressure,installation requirements is set forth according to practical application in urea plant.
