低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置流量仪表的选型

For low temperature multi-effect distillation desalination unit,the correct instrument selection is important to the smooth,safe and economical operation.The flowmeter selection is always difficult in instrument selection.This paper summarizes the general principle of flow instrument selection.First,the flowmeters are selected according to the type of fluid to be measured.Then according to the performance,fluid property,installation and maintenance,environmental conditions and economic conditions of the candidate instruments in-depth comparison,eliminate unsuitable instruments and sorting for the suitable ones.Finally,according to the 3 typical flow measurements of vapor,brine and water in low temperature multi-effect distillation desalination unit,select instruments with the principle summarized before,finally get the appropriate instrument types and the order.%对于低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置,正确的仪表选型关系到装置的平稳、安全和经济运行.流量仪表的选型一直是仪表选型中的难点.该文总结了流量仪表选型的一般性原则,首先根据被测流体类型对流量计进行初选,然后根据仪表性能、介质特性、安装和维护、环境条件、经济条件这5个因素对候选仪表进行深入比较,排除不合适的仪表,并对适合的仪表进行排序.最后,针对低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置中水蒸气、海水、产品水这3种典型介质的流量测量,利用前面总结的选型原则进行仪表选型,最终得到合适的仪表种类并对其进行排序.
