一种4000T锻压机润滑油流量监控系统设计

         

摘要

该文以广州东风日产的4000T锻压机润滑油流量监控系统设计的项目为背景, 针对锻压机摩擦副的润滑要求高、工作环境复杂温度变化快等特点, 设计了一套利用可编程逻辑控制器对锻压机的润滑油的流量进行远程实时监控报警的系统.该系统使用AJ65SBT-64AD模块并采用移动平均处理的采样方式对润滑油流量数据进行采样处理, 达到对锻压机的润滑系统进行有效长期监控的目的, 避免了设备因润滑系统故障而造成的设备损坏.实际运行表明该系统稳定可靠, 基本满足设备运转要求.%The project is based on the design of the lubricating oil flow monitoring system of Guangzhou Dongfeng Nissan 4000 T forging press, a remote real-time monitoring and alarming system is designed to monitor and alarm the lubricating oil flow of forging press by using programmable logic controller. The system uses AJ65 SBT-64 AD module and adopts moving average processing sampling method to sample and process the lubricating oil flow data to achieve the purpose of effective long-term monitoring of the lubricating system of forging press, avoiding equipment damage caused by lubricating system failure. The actual operation shows that the system is stable and reliable, and basically meets the operation requirements of the equipment.
