一种新型便携式高精度数字比色仪

         

摘要

该文设计了高稳定度恒流源用以驱动多只不同发光波长的发光二极管作为比色分析的光源,采用TSL2561高精度数字式集成光电传感器件作为光强度检测元件,可自动在镍氢电池和市电之间切换并为仪器供电.同时还设计了镍氢电池自动充放电电路,满足了便携式仪器的电源管理要求.通过邻二氮菲显色测铁的经典比色实验测试,结果表明:线形范围为:0~4μg/mL Fe2+,且相关系数(R):0.998554;相对标准偏差(RSD;n=10):<1%;性能可与实验室经典的可见光分光度仪媲美.%Design the high constancy current source to drive several light-emitting diodes that have different light wave-Lengths, and use these LEDs as light source in colorimetric analysis. High accuracy digital integrated photoelectric detecting sensor was used to detect the different absorbance of blank and sample,and compute the density of sample. This instrument could be supplied by NI-MH battery and AC power.With the automatic charging and discharging circuit for NI-MH battery,it can meet the demand of portable instruments. Compared with the classic color matching examination used 10-Phenanthroline as indicator,the result shows as follow:linearity area:0-4μg/ml Fe2+; correlation coefficient (R):0.998554;relative standard deviation (RSD;n=10):1<1%;The property of this equipment is equal to classic visible spectro-photometric equipment used in Laborary.
