According to the industrial silicon automatic batching process flow and control requirements,design the PLC as the core of the control system, using the computer as an upper machine with a good man-machine interface, the ingredigents of process control and management.In this paper,the batching control strategy to undertake study,put forward to batching error processing method,can effectively improve the system forproportioning accuracy,and hardware and software design.The actual operation shows that the system was stable,reliable and has the value of popularization.%根据工业硅自动配料的工艺流程和控制要求,设计了PLC为核心的控制系统,利用计算机作为上位机提供良好的人机界面,对配料过程进行监控和管理.文中对配料控制策略进行了研究,提出了对配料误差的处理方法,有效提高了系统的配料精度,并进行切实可靠的软硬件设计.实际运行表明该系统稳定,可靠且具有推广价值.
