基于误差自动修正算法的定量包装秤的实现

         

摘要

设计并开发出一套基于西门子S7-226定量包装秤智能控制系统,详细介绍了该仪器系统硬件组成和软件设计.结合称重传感器以及变送器等硬件设备,现场配备触摸屏,实现参数设置、校秤、数据管理等功能.设计一种误差自动修正算法,在二级给料的基础上,在线调整误差.试验结果表明这套定量包装秤在保证计量精度的同时,大大提高了包装速度,取得了理想的控制效果.%Designed and development a quantitative packing scale intelligent control system based on Siemens S7-226 in the paper.Introduced the system hardware composition and software design in detail. Combining with hardware design such as weighing sensors,transmitters and touch display screen,the system realized functions with parameter settings, calibrating weigher and data management. On the basis of secondary feedstock,an automatic error correction algorithm for online correcting error was realized. Experimental results show that quantitative packaging system ensures measuring precision,improves the packaging speed greatly and obtains a satisfactory control effect.
