GMR系统在水煤浆气化中的应用

         

摘要

GE has developed a triple redundant control system solution for ESD and fire and gas protection applications,called the genius redundancy control module(GMR).The unique output structure is divided into “T”,“T” and “H” three types,according to GMR system characteristics,combined with coal-water slurry gasification process requirements,our company uses the GMR system “H”-type output,both can not refuse to move,but also meet not to move.The actual situation to change the GMR input structure,and the creative independence to complete several special logic function block programming,not only to fulfil the coal-water slurry gasification safety interlock requirements,also meets the SIL3 safety level.At present,the system has been applied in our company for 3 years,no interlock failure,gasification dual furnace operation record has reached 84 days.%GE公司面向ESD和火灾和气体保护应用开发了一套(三重化)冗余控制系统解决方案,被称为Genius冗余控制模块(GMR),其特有的输出结构分为“I”、“T”和“H”3种类型.根据GMR系统特点,结合水煤浆气化工艺要求,该文采用了GMR系统的“H”型输出,既能满足不拒动,又满足不误动,并根据实际情况改变GMR输入结构,并创造性地独立完成几项特殊逻辑功能块的编写,不但满足水煤浆气化安全联锁要求,也符合SIL3安全等级.目前该套系统已应用3年,未出现过联锁失效情况,气化双炉运行记录已达84天.
