The present invention provides a flexible circuit board is assembled in a head gimbals assembly for a hard disk drive. A flexible circuit board has a conductive tab, which is connected to the head pad and a pre-amplifier and a pad on the circuit board electrically. The head pad may be connected to the head. Conductive tab is grounded for the flexible circuit boards to be treated. Some of the static electricity on the head is grounded through the conductive tab.
