精密绕线系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

An automatic precisewire-winding system was designed to array the wire closely.This system consists of two servo module,three conversion module,a displacement counterweight module,a PLC control module,a touch-screen human-computer interaction modules and other components.The system uses a counterweight module instead of cylinder to match the real-time speed between the taking-up motor and paying-off motor.Compared to the cylinder,this matching method expands the system error range.It also improves the operating stability.Two closed-loop systems were added near the taking-up motor.An encoder attaching directly to the motor shaft constitutes a closed-loop vector control with a frequency converter.Another encoder connects to the spool shaft whose speed is slowed down by gears.It ensures the precision of turns counting.%该文设计了一种带有自动密排功能的绕线系统,该系统由2个伺服模块、3个变频模块、1个位移配重模块、1个PLC控制模块和1个人机触摸屏交互模块等组成.该系统利用配重模块代替气缸实现收线主轴电机和放线电机的实时速度匹配.与气缸匹配相比,该种匹配方式扩大了系统允许调整的误差范围,增加了系统的稳定运行域度.该系统在收线主轴电机侧增加了2个闭环系统,一个是编码器与电机主轴直接相连,与变频器构成闭环的矢量控制,一个是与经过齿轮减速之后的线盘轴直接相连,保证了计数的匝数精确无误.
