智能变电站和调控主站的模型按需共享技术

         

摘要

基于IEC61850与IEC61970提出电网模型由主站集中建模变为分布式按需裁剪引用变电站模型的策略,解决了智能变电站与各级调控主站之间以及各级调控主站之间的电网模型、变电站接线图、量测信息的按需共享问题。成果已成功应用于苏州500kV常熟智能变电站、智能电网调度技术支持系统等试点工程。%Based on IEC 61850 and IEC 61970, a power grid modeling strategy is presented to make transition from concentrated modeling for main control center to reference substation model on demand by different control centers. Then it solves on- demand sharing of grid model, substation's wiring diagram and measuring information between smart substations and control centers at all levels, and among control centers at all levels. The research result has been applied to Suzhou' s 500 kV Changshu smart substation and smart grid dispatching technology support system pilot projects.
