2014年国际大电网会议学术动态系列报道配电系统和分布式发电技术

摘要

介绍了2014年国际大电网委员会(CIGRE)配电系统和分布式发电技术专委会(SC6)的工作进展、主要专题和录用论文内容。从分布式能源和新型负荷渗透率高的配电系统规划、主动配电系统运行与控制、配电系统在输电系统运行中的新角色和新服务等几个领域分析了配电系统和分布式发电技术的新发展，并对主动配电系统的发展趋势及应重点关注的技术问题进行了分析。%This paper is concerned with the current work,special reports and papers on the distribution system and distributed generation of the study committee SC6 of CIGRE 2014.This paper presents the new development of distribution system and distributed generation technology,in relation to distribution system planning with high penetration of distributed generators and new load,operation and control of the active distribution system as well as the new role of distribution system in transmission system operation.Finally,an analysis is made of the development trend of active distribution system and the technical issues of major concern.
