参与需求响应的工业用户智能用电管理

         

摘要

With the development of smart grids and promotion of demand responses,intelligent energy management at the demand side has attracted extensive attention.The advanced automation level and vast energy consumption of an industrial load makes it a good choice for implementing intelligent energy management.Given this background,a framework of an intelligent energy management system for industrial loads is presented first,with different types of power demands and management of photovoltaic power generation taken into consideration.Then,based on the state task network,power demand models are developed for production devices and temperature-controlled devices with thermal comfort of the production environment considered.On this basis,an optimal operation model of the intelligent energy management system is presented with the energy-purchasing cost and energy-selling income of the industrial load concerned taken into account.Finally,a typical industrial load is employed to demonstrate the essential characteristics of the developed method,and its demand response performance and benefits of the presented intelligent energy management system are addressed as well.%智能电网的不断发展与需求响应的逐步实施促进了电力用户对智能用电的关注.工业用户耗电量大、自动化程度高,具有开展智能用电管理的良好基础.在此背景下,首先提出计及需求响应的工业智能用电管理系统架构,涵盖工业用户的各类用电管理模块和光伏发电管理模块.随后,基于状态任务网络建立生产设备用电管理的数学模型,并计及生产环境舒适度对温控设备用电负荷建模.在此基础上,综合考虑用户购电成本与售电收益,建立工业智能用电管理的优化运行模型.最后,以某工业用户为例对所述方法的基本特征进行了说明,并分析了用电响应情况和经济效益.
