基于多智能体系统的微电网联络线潮流精确控制

     

摘要

Aiming at the dynamic characteristic difference of multi-energy flow coupling,multi-user interaction and uncertainty of high-penetration renewable energy,a precise control strategy of tie-line power for microgrid based on multi-agent system is proposed and the three-level control target is established to achieve the multi-agent interaction and distributed energy coordination.Based on the factors such as market price,fuel consumption,pollution emission and operation maintenance,the multi-obj ective optimization scheduling model of microgrid is designed to coordinate the distributed energy with different response speeds.Given the multi-agent system,the sparse communication network is constructed,and the average voltage and frequency information on the system is obtained by the consistency iterative algorithm.By optimizing the reference voltage and frequency of the droop control,the precise control of tie-line power is realized.In addition,just by communication between adjacent agents,the long communication delay problem in centralized control can be overcome.%针对多能流互补耦合的动态特性差异、多元用户互动与高渗透率可再生能源强不确定性等新特点,提出一种基于多智能体系统的微电网联络线潮流精确控制策略,确立多级控制目标,以实现多主体互动及分布式能源协调运行.在考虑市场电价、燃料消耗、污染排放和运行维护等因素的基础上,构建微电网系统多目标优化调度模型,协调不同控制响应速率的分布式能源.基于多智能体系统构建稀疏通信网络,通过一致性算法迭代得出系统的平均电压和频率信息,通过优化下垂控制的参考电压和频率,实现联络线潮流的精确控制.另外,仅通过邻接智能体之间通信,克服了集中式控制通信时间较长的问题.
