低温水浴电加热反应器温度控制系统

摘要

针对常规PID调节无法满足低温水浴电加热反应器控制要求的问题,提出采用PID参数优化、限制输出等方法,最终完成反应器的调试,满足工艺生产要求。%According to the problem of common PID control cannot meet the requirements of low temperature bath electric heating reactor temperature control, the PID parameter optimization and limiting output etc. methods are adopted to implement reactor debugging. The requirements for technology produced are satisfied.
