三苯基锡和五氯酚胁迫斑马鱼生理生化的影响

         

摘要

Effects of TPT and PCP stress on physiology and biochemistry parameters were discussed using zebrafish by semi-static method test. Toxic effect of difference exposed concentration and exposed time on the related enzymic (SOD, CAT, ACHE) activities of zebrafish were researched. Exposed concentration was: TPT (0, 1.05, 2.09, 4.18, 6.27, 8.36 μg·L-1) and PCP (0, 5.01, 10.02, 20.04, 40.08, 80.16 μ g·L-1) and exposed time were: 1 d and 7 d. Preliminary discussion was on toxicity effect of TPT and PCP on zebrafish. In order to detect and remove the pollution of TPT and PCP for provide data support and theoretical basis. The results suggest that the enzymic activities of zebrafish were affected by both exposed concentration and exposure time. Effect of TPT and PCP on SOD, CAT, ACHE in zebrafish were both significantly different (compared with the control, p < 0.05). TPT and PCP have toxic effect on zebrafish and the activity of SOD, CAT and AChE can be used as the sensitive indicator of TPT, PCP in aquatic enviroment.%以斑马鱼(Brachy danio rerio)作为受试生物,分析不同暴露浓度、不同暴露时间三苯基锡(TPT)、五氯酚(PCP)对斑马鱼生理生化指标的影响,在0,1.05,2.09,4.18,6.27,8.36μg·L-1的TPT和0,5.01,10.02,20.04,40.08,80.16μg·L-1的PCP暴露下,反应时间分别为1d和7d,分别对斑马鱼超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的影响,初步探讨了TPT和PCP对斑马鱼的毒性作用,以期及时发现并排除TPT和PCP污染提供数据支持和理论依据.结果表明:斑马鱼体内酶活性受暴露浓度和暴露时间的影响,TPT和PCP分别对SOD、CAT、AChE影响趋势基本一致,差异显著(暴露组与对照组均显著差异,p<0.05).SOD、CAT和AChE活性变化可以成为TPT、PCP污染胁迫的敏感指标.
