提出了我国农村环境质量监测的主要内容，结合国家环保部提出的“以奖促治”政策，并以被列入试点村庄的空气、地表水、饮用水源和土壤要素的布点采样、监测指标和技术方法为例，对农村环境质量监测进行了较详细的说明和评价。为农村环境质量监测提出了几点建议。%This paper presents the main contents of China’s rural environmental quality monitoring ,combined with the ” award to promote governance”policy proposed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection ,and as an example of rural environmental quality monitoring in the pilot villages is particularly explained and evaluated including sampling and monitoring indicators and technical method of air ,surface water ,drinking water ,and soil .It proposes some suggestions for rural environmental quality monitoring .
