当前我国电子公文档案管理面临五大问题：法律证据问题,归档管理问题,长期保存问题,流程变革问题,体制变革问题。由于这些问题尚未得到有效的解决,可以预见许多具有长久保存价值的电子公文在30年后将再也看不到。电子公文未来究竟能走多远,取决于今天文件与档案管理中上述五大问题的解决。文章归纳总结出这五大问题并阐明每一个问题对于电子公文档案管理的重要影响,探讨每一问题的国际、国内发展现状。%There are five key issues in the archives management of electronic official documents in our country. They are issue of force effect, issue of archiving, issue of long-terrn preservation, issue of process innovation and issue of system innovation. These issues are not yet be solved thoroughly so that many electronic official documents which have the value of long-term preservation will no longer be seen atter 30 years. How long can electronic official documents be used and Preserved depends on the today＇s solution of the major problems in files and archives management. The paper summarizes the five issues, clarifies the important influence of each issue on archives management of electronic official documents and Investigate the international and domestic development status of each issue.
