某办公楼局部新增结构与补强加固设计

摘要

某框架办公楼因改造需在局部新增结构,为保证结构整体安全,依据规范对原结构进行检测和分析.根据分析结果,综合运用多种方法对原结构进行补强加固设计,在此基础上新增钢筋混凝土梁板、新增钢结构门厅的设计.设计方案符合规范要求,满足工程改造需要,已施工并通过验收一年有余.%Due to renovation,an frame office building need to adding local new structure.According to standardize the structure were measured and analyzed to ensure the safety of the whole structure.By the analysis results,various methods of reinforcement design were used in the original structure,and the new reinforced concrete structure and the new steel structure hall were designed.The design scheme meets the requirements of the specification and the needs of engineering reconstruction.The project has the construction and through the acceptance for more than a year.
