钢结构地脚螺栓定位安装与灌浆料的应用技术

摘要

在钢结构基础施工中,地脚螺栓安装是质量控制的关键.中石化石油化工科学研究院厂房工程中,采用模具及测量仪器拉十字线准确定位地脚螺栓,保证了偏差符合规范要求.采用CGM方法无收缩灌浆料,施工简便,质量可靠,技术经济效果良好.%Anchor bolt installation is a key aspect for quality control in steel structure foundation construction.In SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing factory building project,pattern die and measuring instrument were used to draw a cross for accurate positioning of anchor bolt and to guarantee that the deviation satisfies the specification requirement.CGM shrinkage-free grouting material was used to realize convenient construction,reliable quality and favorable technical and economic effects.
