钢结构拱顶屋盖薄壳混凝土裂缝控制技术

摘要

During construction of Grand Convention Hall of Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center,alternative-bay symmetrical pouring and post-pouring belt processes were adopted to prevent concrete crack of dome roof thin shell.Analogue simulation of whole construction process was established to analyze disadvantageous conditions and to realize precontrol of concrete pouring quality.The application result showed that no crack affecting structural function was detected.%北京雁栖湖国际会展中心大会议厅工程施工中,为解决圆形拱顶薄壳混凝土裂缝的问题,采取跳仓对称浇筑及设置后浇带的施工工艺,建立施工全过程仿真模拟分析,通过对不利工况的分析,实现混凝土浇筑质量的预先控制,实施结果未发现影响结构功能的裂缝.
