传感器监测工业高耸结构振动倾斜试验研究

         

摘要

监测工业高耸结构的倾斜和振动时传统方法一般采用经纬仪和全站仪间接测量倾斜度和振动量,受人工误差和自然因素影响大,不能实现实时在线监测.采用最新的分布式双轴倾角传感器测量倾斜度与差动电容矢量振动检波传感器测量振动量,可实现对高耸结构倾斜度和振动量快速、实时、自动、直接的监测.试验证明,系统精度和响应速度可满足监测要求.%High-rise structure monitoring the tilt and vibration has been an important topic.Traditional methods which generally uses the theodolite and total station instrument for indirectly measuring the inclination and the vibration,is affected by artificial errors and natural factors,so can not achieve the realtime online monitoring.This topic using the new distributed biaxial angle sensor to measure the inclination,and differential capacitance vector vibration demodulation sensors to measure the vibration,can achieve fast,real-time,automatic,direct monitor inclination and vibration of towering structure.The experimental results show that,the precision of the system and response speed can satisfy the requirement of monitoring.
