方钢管混凝土组合异形柱结构住宅体系综合建造技术研究

摘要

以天津市钢结构住宅产业化联合研究院示范楼项目为例,探索方钢管混凝土组合异形柱结构体系综合建造技术.采用MIDAS结构设计软件和BIM建模技术分析示范楼特性,针对住宅体系的配套节点体系、楼板体系、墙板体系、防火材料和预制构件制作等进行探讨,为钢结构住宅体系设计和施工提供一定借鉴.%This paper introduces the demonstration building of Tianjin steel structure housing industry united research institute as an example, in order to explore the comprehensive construction technology of concrete-filled square steel tube composite special-shaped column structure system. Analysis the characteristics of demonstration Building with MIDAS structural design software and BIM modeling technology. This paper discusses the matching node system, floor system, wall board system, fire proof material and prefabricated component of residential system, which provides some reference for the design and construction of the steel structure residence system in the future.
