《房屋渗漏修缮技术规程》(JGJ/T53-2011)修订综述

摘要

The drafting of Technical Specification for Repairing Water Creep of Houses (JGJ/T 53-2011) has been finished. This new edition will be implemented as of December 1, 2011, and it covers the following main contents, including general provisions, terms, basic provisions, repairing water creep of roof, repairing water creep of external wall, repairing water creep of washing room and kitchen, repairing water creep of basement, quality acceptance and safety measures. The implementation of this Specification will play an active role in improving the construction quality of repairing water creep of house, reducing repairing cost and guaranteeing owner's benefit.%《房屋渗漏修缮技术规程》(JGJ/T53-2011)已修订完成,新规程将于2011年12月1日起实施.新规程主要内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、屋面渗漏修缮工程、外墙渗漏修缮工程、厕浴间和厨房渗漏修缮工程、地下室渗漏修缮工程、质量验收和安全措施.该规程的颁布实施对于提高房屋渗漏修缮的施工质量、降低修缮成本、保证业主利益将起到积极作用.
