一级临时建造师群体状况及对策研究

摘要

The differences between the grade-Ⅰ temporary builder certificate and the certificate obtained through examination are not obvious on the aspects of builder's age, educational level and enterprise registration. Considering policy continuity and maintenance of level and efficiency of builder certification system, it is suggested that temporary builder certificate shall not be updated after expiration.%一级临时建造师与考试取得的建造师在年龄、学历和注册企业方面区别不大.考虑到政策的延续性和维护建造师制度的公平性和工作性,建议临时建造师到期后不再延续.
