屋面渗漏水原因分析及防治措施

摘要

Waterproof component project as part of the construction engineering,although only accounts for 1%to 5% of the cost of the project,but its the whole project quality influence is not allow to ignore.According to the relevant departments of the commodity house of complaints quality,according to the survey of complaints in the leakage of the largest share of about 60%.%防水分项工程作为建筑工程的一部分,虽然仅占工程造价的1%-5%,但其对整个工程质量的影响却不容忽视。根据有关部门对商品房质量问题的投诉调查显示,针对渗漏水问题的投诉所占比例最大,约60%左右。本文重点分析建筑屋面渗漏水问题,结合建筑施工实际经验,以供参考。
