基于智慧技术的弹性社区构建方法与实现路径研究

Make the role and construction mode of the resilient community in urban disaster prevention clearly. On this basis, use intel igence technology and then propose resilient community building principles on the basis of intel igence technology.By applying intel igence technology, construct al stages of disaster prevention system including pre-disaster prevention, disaster in emergency and disaster recovery of resilient communities, providing workable framework of theory and practice for the work of community disaster.%明确了弹性社区在城市防灾中的作用和建设模式，在此基础上，运用智慧技术，提出基于智慧技术的弹性社区构建原则。通过智慧技术的应用，构建弹性社区灾前预防、灾中应急、灾后恢复的全阶段防灾体系，为社区防灾工作提供具有可操作性的理论和实践框架。
