历史文化街区改造及可持续发展的研究--以上海田子坊为例

在我国现代化与城市化高速发展的进程中，对于城市历史文化街区的改造历来是一大难题。有别于以往盲目拆除或改建的模式，田子坊以一种独特的方式既保留了上海独特的石库门里弄建筑，同时也为上海塑造了一个富有魅力的、可持续发展的创意产业园，其运作模式以及改造方式值得其他城市学习与借鉴。%During the process of the modernization and the urbanization in China, it’s always a dificult problem that how to transform the historic conservation districts in the city. Diferent from the model of blind demolition or reconstruction, Tianzifang area not only reserves the special Shikumen Lane of Shanghai, but also sets up a creativity industry center that is ful of charm and sustainable development for Shanghai. It is worth of us to learn its operation modes and the reform methods.
