上世纪80年代是我国城市建设的高峰时期，曾有力地解决了改革开放初期突出的城市问题，但鉴于时代的局限，其室外环境在今天面临着尴尬境遇，严重制约了当代居民对户外生活的需求，也阻碍了城市机能的完善和进一步发展。通过研究城市80年代建成小区环境的现状与分析居民对居住环境的需求，重点探讨海口80年代建成的滨海新村社区环境改造的可能性与具体措施，为同时期建成的旧居住区环境改造提供参考。%In the 1980s, urban construction in China turned into a peak development period. Although this process had addressed some prominent issues derived from the course of reform and opening up, it stil resulted in today’s embarrassing situation due to the limits of the whole times. Moreover, it has not only restricted contemporary inhabitant demands of outdoor life, but also hindered the urban functional performance and its further development. By means of researching on the current situation of the 1980s urban residential area and analyzing inhabitant demands of built environment, this paper argues the possibilities and specific methods of environmental reform in those residential districts, which could also provide some references for the reform of contemporaneous residential built environment.
