“绿色住区”保障房建设原则探索--以南京花岗幸福城为例

社会民生问题关注度日益增强，保障性住房建设也日益增多。伴随绿色住区规划设计理念也在日益成熟，将“绿色住区”规划思想应用到保障房住区建设中已经是时代发展的必然趋势。通过分析“绿色住区”规划原则及保障房住区自身特点，试图以南京市幸福城为例，探究“绿色”保障房住区建设相关原则。%Nowadays, livelihood issues remain the top concerns of Chinese people, and the supply of indemnificatory housing is stil increasing. With the planning and design of green community becoming mature, it has been a trend to apply this advanced planning theory to the construction of indemnificatory housing. By analyzing the planning theory of green community and the characteristics of indemnificatory housing, this paper trying to explore the construction principles of indemnificatory housing.
