日本养老设施发展及其应对策略研究与启示

摘要

Both influenced by Confucian culture, China and Japan have certain similarities in the consciousness of elderly support. In this paper, problems existing in the development of current facilities for the elders in our country wil be generalized and summarized on the basis of fuly carding and analyzing the development and evolution of Japan's facilities for the aged, utilizing the distance in the aging process between China and Japan, as wel as learning from their practical experience and combining the actual conditions in our country. Then, researches on the suitability of the facilities, focusing on the supporting model for the aged, construction method, planning and design, as wel as operations management, wil be further carried out.%作为同样受到儒家文化影响的国家，中日两国在养老意识上有其相近之处。文章通过对日本养老设施发展演变的全面梳理与分析，利用中日两国老龄化进程的时间差，借鉴日本的实践经验并结合我国的现实国情，归纳总结了我国目前养老设施发展的现存问题，并试图从养老模式、建设方式、规划设计和运营管理四个方面进行适宜性研究。
