我国历史文化街区保护研究综述

摘要

This paper analyzes the evolution of Historic Conservation Area’s relevant concepts in home and abroad from the interpretation on regulations and policies, clearing the connotation of Historic Conservation Area which is a feature caled in China, and combing with the analysis of relevant literature, summarizes five aspects study on Historic Conservation Area since 1980s. On this basis, the paper categorizes the development of studies on Historic Conservation Area into three phases, namely the forming stage, preliminary stage, and integrated stage, and finaly discusses the disadvantage and trend of Historic Conservation Area protection.%本文从法规条文的解读入手，分析梳理了国内外“历史文化街区”相关概念的演变，明确了我国历史文化街区这一特色称法的内涵，同时结合相关文献的分析，归纳出自20世纪80年代以来，历史文化街区研究领域五个层面的内容。在此基础上，将历史文化街区的研究历程划分为萌芽、初步和全面深入发展三个阶段，最后探讨了历史文化街区保护的不足和趋势。
