Along with the economic development in our country, the urban construction that is nearly completed and the saturated population cause a lot of “urban diseases” known as shortage of housing, traffic jam etc. Meanwhile, the rural houses nearby cities are widely distributed with a low utilization. It wil be a great assistance to the rural construction if we use this spare resource reasonably. Through the investigation and analysis of a typical rural house,this study tries to optimize its space to meet inhabitants’ various needs,and finaly reach a goal of resource saving, green and sustainable development of a residential renovation.%随着我国经济的发展，城市建设渐趋完善，城市人口也愈加饱和，随之带来了城市住房紧张、交通堵塞等诸多“城市病”。与此同时，临近城市的乡村民居使用率偏低且遍布广泛，若能将这种空余资源加以合理利用，将会成为乡村建设的一大助力。本案通过对典型乡村民居的调研及分析，将其空间优化，满足居住者对功能的各种需求，最终实现资源节约，绿色环保的可持续发展民居改造。
