南京市河西新城建邺区住宅小区调查研究

摘要

2014-2015年间东南大学建筑学院的研究小组对河西新城区中部及南部住宅小区进行了初步调研。调研小区共118个，主要采用数据收集整理及实地走访调查的方式进行，调研内容包括：住宅经济技术指标，典型住宅户型以及住区中采用绿色建筑技术情况调查，并得出了初步结论。%In 2014-2015, the research group of architecture school in Southeast University made a preliminary investigation in the residential community of central and southern parts of the new urban areas in Hexi. There were totaly 118 research community. The research mainly used the methods of data colection, arrangement and site visits. It included residential economic and technical indicators, typical dweling and investigation of residential community in green building technology. At last, the research came out with a preliminary conclusion.
