摘要

Modernization has influenced every aspect of our life since industrial revolution. However, today we are facing the crisis that modernism is becoming a new style of luxury. Through Lina Bo Bardi`s modern practice and life experience in Brazil, we look into the development of Brazilian modernization. By comparing the modern practices in China today we are trying to find our own path to modernization.%自工业革命以来，现代主义精神已经渗透到生活的方方面面，而在如今它却面临着沦为一种新的奢华风格的危机。本文透过对南美现代主义建筑大师丽娜·柏·巴蒂实践经历的研究，解读20世纪50年代南美的现代主义建筑和传统文化的发展。希望以此为我们当前的建筑实践带来启发。
