清洁煤电高效节能改造技术路线研究

摘要

At present, China ' s coal power policy contains three basic principles: orderly development, clean and efficient development, encourage the construction of backpressure machine.The orderly development of coal power lies in controlling the scale of coal power construction, adhering to the principle of "close first, build later, and replace with equal capacity ", and eliminating backward production capacity. This paper mainly studies the technical route of clean coal power efficient energy saving transformation.%当前我国煤电主要政策包含三个基本原则:有序发展、清洁高效发展、鼓励背压机建设.煤电的有序发展重点在于控制煤电建设规模, 坚持"先关后建、等容量替代"的原则, 淘汰落后产能.文中主要研究了清洁煤电高效节能改造的技术路线.
